| 11/30/06: The Trustee's Motion for Order Establishing Procedures for Interim Distribution to Holders of Allowed Employee Priority Claims was GRANTED on 11/30/06. The estate is currently printing all PRIORITY claim payments. If you had an ALLOWED amount for Priority 507a3 taxable, 507a3 non-taxable and 507a4 claims you will be receiving payment. We appreciate your patience during this project. As the Trustee signs the checks they will be mailed out. PLEASE NOTE that the taxable checks WILL NOT have a breakdown of what the withholding amounts were. You will be receiving a W2 in the near future for your tax purposes.
